Program Objectives:
Establish an elite IT workforce program to develop future generation of Army IT leaders – AK Leaders Program

Accomplishment:  

• Created and developed an intensive IT leadership program with core leadership, business, and cutting edge technology competencies for critical CIO and KM practices
• Developed, implemented, and continuously refined rigorous curriculum with focus on leadership, business, and technology 
• Currently managing the 6th year of program implementation
• AK Leaders program is held up as model across the Army
